Niji-Iro Hotaru's Special Trailer, Video Message Posted

The official YouTube channel for the anime film Niji-Iro Hotaru began streaming a special trailer and a video message this past week. The special trailer includes some new footage compared to the previously unveiled regular trailer. The special trailer also has education critic and television personality Naoki "Ogi-mama" Ogi offering his impressions at the end. The second video features messages from the audience of a free preview screening held on April 30 at Ōfunato City's Rias Hall. Ōfunato was near the epicenter of the Great Eastern Japan Earthquake (Higashi Nihon Daishinsai) disaster with nearly 500 lives and over 3,600 homes missing or lost. The video is set to the film's theme song "Ai to Tooi Hi no Mirai e." by Yumi Matsutoya (Kiki's Delivery Service).
